I wanted to install a new electronic deadbolt but the existing borehole was too small. Instead of buying the jig, drillbit, and possibly ruining my $$$$ door, I called Joe. He was great - knowledgeable, friendly and fast! Not only did he install the deadbolt perfectly but chiseled out the deadbolt hole in the frame when he realized it wasn't 100% thrown. Joe also provided valuable info regarding warranties and lock types. Will totally call again. Might want to call him before you choose a lock for him to install.

Called Joe Joe to set my company's access control system on our building in Irvine. He submitted a bid for the job and came in with a very reasonable price with all good hardware for the job. Excellent Service!!!! Joe was very professional & courteous. He communicated with me every step of the way. He called me the same day I placed the call and was out here to replace my locks within a couple of hours. All he had to do is look at the locks and new that they needed immediate replacement of the dead bolt lock and the main bottom lock. He replaced them in record breaking time. Joe Joe's lock and key is as professional as you can get. I needed my restaurant re-keyed and the owner of the company showed up, on time with a smile. I thought I needed some door handles replaced but Joe was able to fix it without charging me for it. You can see Joe very knowledgeable and truly enjoys what he does. I will definitely use his services again. He is honest and fast. You can't get a better locksmith then Joe.
I've locked my keys in my car about 3 times this past year alone! Joe Joe was recommended to me by a close friend and he is the ONLY locksmith I use now. INCREDIBLE service! Over the weekend, I was locked out of my house which uses a key fob to get in. I called around and could not get any immediate help for this issue. Contacted Joe to Re-Key my home. Not only did he provide me a quoye, he provided me a few options and colors. Talk about great customer service. Once he completed the job he noticed I had a lock on my gate and he asked me if I wanted it in the same key. I told him I was good, but he said he would do it at no charge and I was amazed!! Now my home looks updated, I have 1 key and it even unlocks my side gate.... Talk about a win win!
